Breastfeeding Class
Breastfeeding class is a 2 hour class live on zoom. You will learn how breastfeeding works, how to feel confident baby is getting enough milk, hunger cues, feeding positions, and common concerns. We will discuss what to have ready at home, how partners can be involved, and more. We will go over how to get a free breast pump through your insurance company, when and why you may choose to pump, and how to safely store your milk. Class includes videos and demonstrations. As always, our classes are dynamic, discussion and questions are encouraged throughout the class.
